about

With the instrumental chemistry they present and the stylistic foundation they’ve set here, Seven Planets have given themselves the opportunity to fuse the varying sides of their sound into a cohesive, funky, heavy psychedelic whole entirely their own. I’ll be interested to hear next time around where the process takes them. - The Obelisk

Seven Planets’ style of instrumental rock is a nice healthy dose of stoner rock, hard rock, and desert rock. I liken Seven Planets to a more polished version of The Bakerton Group. Nothing against the Clutch guys, they’re legends but I feel that instrumental rock should be left to others. Seven Planets kindly fills that void. Their self titled album will have you playing air guitar, drums, or whatever it is you do to move along with the music. This is one of those albums. It moves you and gets you in the mood. An excellent album it is and you need to hear it. -The Soda Shop

With just enough fuzz and a bluesy groove, Seven Planets take you on an amazing journey into another cosmic dimension. - Heavy Planet
